- Drafted comprehensive risk assessment identifying risks, the magnitude and likelihood of the risks, alternatives for addressing the risks, a strategy for addressing the risks and the resources and costs of doing so.
- Reviewed and refined risk assessment with members of governance committee, executive committee, audit committee and board of directors to ensure accuracy and agreement about risks and actions to be taken.
- Managed risks in collaboration with key people, including members of human resources, information technology and operations based on plan with clear assignment of responsibilities and deadlines for completion of actions.
