- Advised concerning requirements for minority owned businesses and whether, and the extent to which, those requirements may have national applicability.
- Researched and advised regarding regulatory requirements necessary for registration of and reporting for lobbyists; the scope and limits of legally permitted lobbying activity under various state laws; and the terms, conditions and representations necessary or advisable in lobbying contracts.

- Advised chief officers concerning performance standards in, and risk of liquidated damages under, multimillion contract for healthcare services.
- Provided practical advice concerning how to become, and how to satisfy the requirements for remaining, a U.S. General Services Administration Schedule contractor, and managed and completed complex project necessary for company to become such a contractor, including coordinating collection of required information, drafting and finalizing documentation necessary for multiple levels of negotiation and approval and preparation of comprehensive procedures for compliance with program requirements.
