  • Provided practical advice concerning how to become, and how to satisfy the requirements for remaining, a U.S. General Services Administration Schedule contractor, and managed and completed complex project necessary for company to become such a contractor, including coordinating collection of required information, drafting and finalizing documentation necessary for multiple levels of negotiation and approval and preparation of comprehensive procedures for compliance with program requirements.
  • Advised extensively concerning protest of award of multimillion dollar contract for healthcare, including with respect to whether to protest, strategy for protest, legal requirements and political ramifications.
